How to check order status on SoundAsia online store?

There are two ways to help you check order status:

1) Go to member center, My SoundAsia to check the order detail.

2) Consult with online server to tell your order number to check order status.

3) If the phone was shipped, you need to track it on courier site like EMS, DHL TNT sites. You can enter your tracking number to see the shipping details.  

Note:

1) We suggest you to register first before making orders online.

2) Please remember your order number. This is the key to track your order status.

3) You can ask our server for tracking number. Or you will receive it from your email box.
